If our flight will be late?
We will follow after your landing time. The driver will be at meeting point 45 minutes after your landing.
How we will get the driver details?
We will send you the driver details by WhatsApp before the pick up.

Is it possible to book a taxi in the city?
Unfortunately, our company provides taxi services in Israel for long distance travel only.
Can I book an immediate taxi?
We recommend that you book a taxi in Israel in advance, at least 12-24 hours. However, you can try to contact us by WhatsApp too and if possible, we can call you immediately.
What is the difference between Comfort and Premium?
Comfort: These are vehicles of standard type. For example: Seat, Skoda, Dacia, Renault and more.
Premium: These are more luxurious type vehicles. For example: Mercedes-Benz C/E-Class, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat, Skoda Superb and more.
What are payment methods?
- You can pay for all types of credit cards at PayPal.
- You can pay an advance of 15% or 40 ILS pay the entire order. If the payment of an advance payment is made then the rest of the payment is opposite the driver in cash.
Unfortunately I have to cancel my order, what should I do?
- Cancellation of booking up to 24 hours prior to departure, cancellation of booking is free of charge (Does not include a 5% credit fee).
- Cancellation of an order up to 12 hours before pick up time cancellation fee 50% of total order (Does not include a 5% credit fee).
Do you have tour services and guides in Israel?

Great service and specially very accountable. You can go cheaper with GET but you run the risk they won’t pinch you up. Here we had a spacious van and arrived in time. The driver was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the service
