If our flight will be late?
We will follow after your landing time. The driver will be at meeting point 45 minutes after your landing.
If there is a delay at the airport due to a long queue or lost luggage?
Up to 1.5 hours after landing waiting at no extra cost.
Over that, there will be a payment for waiting time directly to the driver.
How we will get the driver details?
We will send you the driver details by WhatsApp/Telegram/SMS before the pick up.
Where the driver will meet us at airport?
We will follow after your flight in case of delays.
We will send you the driver details to WhatsApp before a meeting.
The driver will be at the meeting point 45 minutes after your landing.
Please connect to FREE WIFI in Airport and update the driver with your progress.
Please inform the driver of your progress in the terminal after landing.
The driver will be waiting you at 2nd floor, gate 23 outside.
Where the driver will meet us at Port Ashdod?
Please confirm the duration of departure from the ship with the ship’s crew.
An internal port shuttle will take you from the ship to exit gate 1.
The driver will be at the meeting point exit gate 1.
Please update the driver with your progress.
Do you also provide taxi services on Saturdays (Shabbat) and holidays?
Yes, we provide taxi services every day for the whole day except Yom Kippur, reservation at least 6 hours in advance
Is it possible to book a taxi in the city?
Unfortunately, our company provides taxi services in Israel for long distance travel only.
Can I book an immediate taxi?
We recommend that you book a taxi in Israel in advance, at least 12-24 hours. However, you can try to contact us by WhatsApp/Telegram too and if possible, we can call you immediately.
What is the difference between Comfort and Premium?
Comfort: These are vehicles of standard type. For example: Seat, Skoda, Dacia, Renault and etc.
Premium: These are more luxurious type vehicles. For example: Mercedes-Benz C/E-Class, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat, Skoda Superb and etc.
What are payment methods?
- You can pay for all types of credit cards at PayPal.
- You can pay an advance of 15% or 40 ILS pay the entire order. If the payment of an advance payment is made then the rest of the payment is opposite the driver in cash.
Unfortunately I have to cancel my order, what should I do?
- Cancellation of booking up to 24 hours prior to departure, cancellation of booking with full refund (Less 5% credit card fee).
- If a reservation has been paid in full or a 15% advance and cancellation has been made less than 24 hours prior to the order, cancellation fees will be 15%/40NIS of the total price of the order.
- If a reservation has been paid in full or a 15%/40NIS down payment and cancellation has been made less than 1 hour prior to the booking or the passenger has not reached a collection point on the order, cancellation fees will be 100% of the total price.
Do you have tour services and guides in Israel?
We will also be happy to provide you with tour services in Israel with experienced guides who speak a variety of languages. This service is provided in a separate bid in coordination with the customer.
Where is Special Assistance Desk in Ben Gurion Airport?
Special Assistance Desk: There is a dedicated desk for passengers with disabilities where you can request assistance, ask questions, and get guidance. Counter is on the 3rd floor, gate 32 on the right inside the terminal.

Excellent “no worries” pick up service
Book with them and don’t think twice about it! They were thorough, flexible, and friendly. Gave very easy and explicit instructions about where to meet, and even arrived early so we were able to leave as soon as we were through customs (we had no checked bags so we finished earlier than expected). They also checked with me several times about the booking to make sure I had no changes, and accommodated the changes I did have, with ease! Would use again!!
