Taking taxis in Israel is very expensive, but these guys seem slightly more reasonable than other companies. Always on time. Professional service.

Book with them and don’t think twice about it! They were thorough, flexible, and friendly. Gave very easy and explicit instructions about where to meet, and even arrived early so we were able to leave as soon as we were through customs (we had no checked bags so we finished earlier than expected). They also checked with me several times about the booking to make sure I had no changes, and accommodated the changes I did have, with ease! Would use again!!

My first trip to Israel and I needed a Guaranteed Ride in the wee hours of the morning during High Holy Days Rosh Hashanah and Sabbath leading to Yom Kippur When all Jews, Public Buses and Trains in the Country Shut Down and I had to absolutely get to the Airport to catch my Flight. This company absolutely delivered with a direct trip for me alone on time at a very fair and reasonable price. This company rescued me at my hour of need and earned my Trust! We were in Jerusalem. We needed a taxi at 4 AM to drive us to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv for a 7 AM flight home. Book Taxi Israel booked our taxi, kept in touch, confirmed on morning of pickup who the driver would be and description and license plate of private taxi as well as name of driver…so as to avoid being picked up by wrong taxi. Just ahead of appointed time, we left our hotel with suitcases, and saw a taxi that looked like ours. The driver popped out and said he would drive us to the airport. However his name and license plate did not match the information provided, so we declined and waited for our pre-paid taxi. Promptly at 4 am our taxi appeared, the driver introduced himself, loaded our 3 bags and us and we were on our way. Taxi was modern, clean and smelled new. Polite, professional driver with good manners, assisted with seatbelts and indoor lights without being asked, played pleasant and appropriate radio music, and had us to the airport in 40 minutes.

Booking was easy, fast and simple so as communication prior my trip and at arrival. The driver was friendly and proffesional.

Price was a bit high, but I assume in line with the market there.

No nonsense, efficient, easy to book/manage. But unreasonably expensive.

We have used BT Israel for 3 separate trips. The drivers were on time and very helpful. Our driver from Haifa to Jerusalem called our hotel since it was in the pedestrian zone and he could not drive there and waited for the hotel to send someone to help us with our luggage. I would definitely recommend this service

Used them to get me from Netanya to Jerusalem and then from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport, the latter on a Saturday morning which is harder to arrange in Jerusalem. Both transports on time and swiftly got me to my destination.
