If our flight will be late?
We will track your landing time. The driver will be at the meeting point 45 minutes after you land.
If there is a delay at the airport due to a long queue or lost luggage?
Up to 1.5 hours of waiting after landing is included at no extra cost.
Beyond that, a waiting time fee will be paid directly to the driver.
How we will get the driver details?
We will send you the driver’s details via Email and WhatsApp before pickup, or you can view them online in the trip details.
Where the driver will meet us at airport?
✅ We will monitor your flight in case of delays.
✅ We will send the driver’s details to your WhatsApp before the meeting.
✅ The driver will be at the meeting point 45 minutes after you land.
✅ Please connect to the FREE airport WiFi and update the driver on your progress.
✅ After landing, please inform the driver of your progress in the terminal.
✅ The driver will be waiting for you on the 2nd floor, outside Gate 23.
Where the driver will meet us at Port Ashdod?
Please confirm the duration of departure from the ship with the ship’s crew.
An internal port shuttle will take you from the ship to exit gate 1.
The driver will be at the meeting point exit gate 1.
Please update the driver with your progress.
Do you also provide taxi services on Saturdays (Shabbat) and holidays?
Yes, we provide taxi services every day for the whole day except Yom Kippur, reservation at least 6 hours in advance
Is it possible to book a taxi in the city?
Unfortunately, our company provides taxi services in Israel for long-distance travel only.
Can I book an immediate taxi?
We recommend that you book a taxi in Israel in advance, at least 12-24 hours. However, you can try to contact us by WhatsApp/Telegram too and if possible, we can call you immediately.
What is the difference between Comfort, Premium and SUV type?
- Comfort type: Skoda Octavia/Rapid, Renault, Seat, Fiat, Dacia, Toyota etc.
- Premium type: Mercedes C/E Class, Volkswagen Passat, Kia Optima, Skoda Superb, Skoda Octavia New, Toyota Rav 4/ Camry, Hyundai Elantra etc.
- SUV type: Toyota Rav 4, Kia Sportage, Skoda Kodiaq, Mercedes EQB, Citroen C5 etc.
- Mini-van / Bus type: Vehicles up to 6 passengers.
- MiniBus: Vehicles 10 passengers ,20 passengers or up to 60 passengers.
What are payment methods?
- You can pay for all types of credit cards.
- You can pay an advance the deposit. If the payment of an advance payment is made then the rest of the payment is opposite the driver in cash.
Unfortunately I have to cancel my order, what should I do?
Cancellation Policy:
-
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund (minus a 5% credit card processing fee).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours and up to 6 hours before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 15% or 40 ILS, whichever is higher.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hour before departure, or if the passenger fails to arrive at the pickup point, will be charged 100% of the total fare.
Do you have tour services and guides in Israel?
We will also be happy to provide you with tour services in Israel with experienced guides who speak a variety of languages. This service is provided in a separate bid in coordination with the customer.
Where is Special Assistance Desk in Ben Gurion Airport?
Special Assistance Desk: There is a dedicated desk for passengers with disabilities where you can request assistance, ask questions, and get guidance. Counter is on the 3rd floor, gate 32 on the right inside the terminal.
