I highly recommend this service (especially if you have a tight schedule). None of us had ever been in Israel nor Palestine, None of us speaks Hebrew nor Arabic and we didn’t even had shekels. However, we had a comfortable, efficient and safe trip. Our driver helped us immensely to save time and gave us excellent advise all along our trip.

Great service! I booked two taxis from Jerusalem to Haifa and from Haifa to Tel Aviv and both trips were perfect: comfortable cars, kind and punctual drivers and when I requested to move up the pickup 90 minutes because I finished my passport control earlier, they did it as soon as they could.

The driver called us to let us know that he would be happy to arrive earlier if we wanted to. He was courteous and pleasant and had good conversation on the way from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. The only improvement I’d like to point out: although in mint condition, his car smelled like cigarettes, which I’m allergic to because of my asthma. I would recommend that he not smoke, or allow smoking, in his car.

I arrived ahead of schedule at the pick-up point. The driver was happy to come early. There was a problem in communication with the driver due to lack of signal. However, unbeknown to us, the driver arrived but could not be recognized since we were expecting him to carry a board with my name on it which we had apparently paid for as extra but was not displayed. We eventually made contact with the driver and got under way still ahead of time. The driver was helpful and courteous.

Had them bring me from Netyana to Jerusalem City Center Hotel on May 31 on an hours notice. The service was so good I immediately rebooted them for the Saturday drive from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport. They arrived promptly on Saturday a day it is difficult to fond long distance car service in Jerusalem. They again got me to my destination promptly. They also give you reminders as you near your driving engagement date. And the pricing I paid on short notice both times was very reasonable. Use them my friends

Arranged a pick up for 4 of us from Ben Garion airport to Haifa cruise terminal. The quote was reasonable so I decided to go with BT. From the onset, communication was easy and the response was immediate. The ability to reach out anytime with WhatsApp was great! The driver arrived early and patiently waited for us to exit. He informed us where he was waiting which made it easy to connect. The driver (Boris) was a safe and friendly driver. We will definitely use BT and recommend it to anytone.

We received a perfect service with our trip to the airport. The pick up was in the middle of the night and all worked well. Fast and perfect communication.

First time using this service from BG to Jerusalem. Driver was in contact with us from shortly after landing to pickup. Driver was attentive to traffic conditions resulting from an accident and we took an alternate route that resulted in no major delays. The vehicle was comfortable and clean and he offered water. We were 4 people with bags. Price was reasonable.

I needed a transfer from hotel in TLV to airport Ben Gurion after midnight. The online booking was easy. I have been well informed about everything I needed to know, and the driver was perfectly in time at the negotiated place. I fully recommend the service especially if you are not familiar with the local conditions and feel uncertain. Prices haven been clarified im advance and everything went well.
